Abstract Guidelines
- Name and save your file as a PDF in this format: lastname_firstname.pdf
- Body of the abstract should be one single paragraph and may not exceed 1750 characters (with spaces) in length (text only, no figures) – 1 page
- Font should be Arial, 11 pt
- Use full justification on the body of the abstract
- Margins should be 1.5” on the top and 1” on the sides and bottom
- Bold the TITLE – List all authors and co-authors (if applicable), and affiliations, and underline the presenting author’s name
Registration and Abstract Submission Form
New this year…we have combined the registration and abstract submission forms. Once you complete the initial registration information, you can select to also submit an abstract. If, at any time, you wish to cancel your registration or withdraw your abstract submission, please email Kami McGhee.
Registration for the 2025 MRC Symposium will open at a later date.
